DESCRIPTION

In this line, an operator loads individual components at the entrance, which is guarded with safety curtains. These components are rotated and various assembly processes follow. First, a feeder provides actuators to a 4-axis robot, which assemblies them into a case. Next 4-axis robot assembles a knob. Following 4-axis robot assembles an actuator. The last 4-axis assembles a cover and circuit board. In between stages are various presses. Final stage performs electrical and mechanical properties of product.
